Mile Hill Shelter
Mile Hill is a 9,000 sq ft building that was transformed from a health club facility to a homeless shelter. The building was completely remodeled to provide full-service accommodations for those in need. The building is complete with sleeping quarters, showers and restrooms, activity rooms, a full-service kitchen, and administration offices. A new 800 amp service was installed with a 150KW standby diesel generator to provide back-up power when needed.

Dexter Hayes
Dexter Hayes is an 83,000 sq ft new construction project in Seattle consisting of 65 apartment units, retail space, and a parking garage. This project represents the type of residential and mixed-use projects AES has designed over the years and continues with new projects in the works. AES has designed both new construction and renovation projects for the housing industry and offers design support for Architects and Developers.

Mayuri International Foods
Mayuri Foods is an international grocery store which was originally a Pier 1 retail store located in the Pickering Square shopping mall in Issaquah that was totally remodeled and transformed into a full-service grocery store and deli with a full-service kitchen and, of course, all the food commodities that cater to Indian, Pakistani, Nepali, Sri Lankan, and Bangladeshi Asian ethnicities.

Duvall Library
Duvall Library is an 8,000 sq ft building that was constructed in 2012 as part of the King County Library System. The library was designed to meet Silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) requirements. The library is a full-service public library that provides services to the public with public events scheduled throughout the year.
