Value Engineering Projects
AES has been involved with various VE teams to act as a third party to review and assess design documents and suggest alternatives to reduce construction costs. Additionally, we review construction documents to analyze the building design to verify the constructability of those design documents.
AES, in collaboration with Roen Associates, provided value engineering services for schools and municipal buildings in Washington and Oregon from 2005 until Roen’s retirement in 2024. We additionally provided constructability studies on various projects.
